3件式再生鋁製醬汁鍋組 - 灰色

The handles stay cool enough to grab without a mitt, which I didn't expect from such a lightweight set. The aluminium heats up fast and evenly, so my sauces simmer without scorching. Three pans is just right for weeknight cooking, and they’re easy to wipe clean after.

The grey finish on these pans is exactly what my kitchen needed, and the recycled aluminium feels surprisingly sturdy in hand. The non-stick surface has handled everything from eggs to a quick tomato sauce without a single sticking moment so far.

The non-stick coating on these is genuinely slick — I made a cheese sauce last night and it slid right out with barely a rinse. They're light enough that my wrist doesn't ache pouring out a full pan of pasta water, which was the whole reason I switched from my old heavy set.
