Didn't realize how much strain the old whisk gearbox was under until I swapped in this genuine spare—it runs so much smoother now. Harper ★★★★★

Fits perfectly onto my 402020 model and the gears mesh smoothly—no wobble at all. Feels sturdier than the original part that came with the machine, which is reassuring.

Ella G. ★★★★★

As soon as I snapped it into place, my mixer felt brand new again. The gearbox fits the 402020 model perfectly and the whisk spins just like it used to.
