Find the right EverCosy heated under blanket size for your bed. Compare single, double, and king options with clear decision rules and fit guidance.
Quick Answer
Choose your EverCosy electric under blanket size based on your mattress width: single for a standard single bed, double for a standard double, and king for a king-size bed. For a snug fit, match the blanket to your mattress dimensions—not just the bed frame.
Why Size Matters for an Under Blanket
An electric under blanket sits on top of your mattress and under your fitted sheet. If it's too small, you'll feel cold patches at the edges. If it's too large, it can bunch up and create uncomfortable wrinkles. Getting the size right means consistent warmth and a smooth sleeping surface.
Most under blankets are labeled by bed size, but actual mattress dimensions can vary. Always measure your mattress width and length before ordering, especially if you have a deep mattress or a bed frame that's slightly larger than standard.
Trade-offs: Single vs Double vs King
Single blankets are the most economical and heat up quickly, but they only cover one person. Double blankets give each sleeper their own warmth zone, but they may not fully cover wider double mattresses. King blankets offer the most coverage for king-size beds, but they cost more and take a bit longer to warm up.
If you're sharing a bed, consider a double or king size even if you think a single might work. A larger blanket reduces tugging and ensures both sleepers stay warm.
How to Choose Your Size
- Single bed (approx. 90 cm wide): Choose the EverCosy Single Heated Electric Under Blanket. It's the most affordable and heats up quickly, ideal for one person. Measure your mattress width to confirm it's a standard single before ordering.
EverCosy Single Heated Electric Under Blanket - Double bed (approx. 135 cm wide): Choose the EverCosy Double Heated Electric Under Blanket. It fits standard double mattresses and provides even warmth for two sleepers. If your mattress is wider than 140 cm, consider a king size instead.
- King bed (approx. 150 cm wide or more): Choose the EverCosy King Size Heated Electric Under Blanket. It offers the most coverage and prevents cold edges on larger mattresses. For a super king mattress, check the blanket's exact dimensions to ensure full coverage.
